SHIPPING & CLAIMS – AU & NZ CUSTOMERS

All orders dispatched incur a flat freight fee of $20 + GST per category (in your local currency).

Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 10 business days of your orders’ delivery.  All claims must be authorised and issued an RA number via Head Office to be valid.

No returns will be accepted unless goods are deemed damaged or defective.
